What happens at “The Closet”?

The Closet serves our brothers and sisters in Christ with free clothes, shoes, household goods, and furniture items as a means of ministering the gospel across the city of Pine Bluff.

The Closet will adhere to the CDC guidelines and Arkansas Department of Health protocols.

Guidelines:

* To minimize virus exposure, we ask that you limit the number of family members when visiting.

* We request family units limit their visit to once a week.

* Face masks must be worn at all times during their visit to The Closet.

* Furniture items are tagged "30 days". This simply means once a customer picks up a big item such as furniture or nursery item, customers will not be able to take another large item until after their 30-day period is over. Once you have reserved your item, you will have 7 days to make arrangements to pick up the item; the reservation will be removed if the item is not picked up within 7 days.

Policy for Shopping:

1. You must be a member of Christ the Redeemer Church or assisted by a member.

2. It is our joy to offer this ministry to our members and to those that the members see in need so we must be good stewards of the things the Lord bless us with. If we notice lack of stewardship, your privilege will be suspended. We require you to show us how many items you have at checkout every time you are taking items from The Closet.

3. On any given day, you may checkout with up to:

- FIVE clothing items per person

- FOUR household items per family - including toys

- ONE 30 day item per family

- ONE bag of food items per family
